Acne Vulgaris which is commonly called acne is a skin disease caused by changes in the pilosesebaceous units. You may think that spending time outside in the sun will help to reduce or remove your acne. This is not true!

3.Wash your face: Washing your face with a mild soap is a good way to remove dead skin cells, excess oil, and dirt from your skin’s surface. Though over washing or scrubbing your skin will cause your skin to dry and actually make your skin to dry and even make your acne worse. It is better to use your hands because using a wash rag will simply spread the infection around your entire face.

There are so many ways to get rid of pimples; in fact there are probably more ways to get rid of them than to get them!
Some of the ideas for getting rid of pimples are more about not getting them in the first place, and others are about how to get rid of a pimple after it comes anyway. Even if you already suffer from acne, try some of the prevention tips. They might help you control the acne.
Avoid pimples
To avoid pimples, don’t touch your face. The oils in your hands can be deadly to an oily face. Also, your hands aren’t clean, so they bring dirt and oil to your skin.
Doctors can’t seem to agree on whether or not chocolate or oily foods create more acne, but this we know: people who eat a good diet full of whole foods and who drink a lot of water usually have better skin than those who don’t do those things.
When you see a pimple developing, don’t poke or scratch at it — doing that can only irritate the skin more, which is exactly what you don’t want to do. Leave it alone and then work some magic with removal techniques. But poking and picking will do more harm than good.
When you wash your face, don’t rub hard and don’t use a rough washcloth. You want to get rid of the pimples and it could seem that rubbing them and using a coarse washcloth will be good, but those actually irritate your skin more and can lead to more acne. Use a soft cloth, warm water and rub gently.
Get rid of a pimple
Here are some tried and true techniques. Some might seem silly or odd, but they have worked for some people. Might be worth a try!
Toothpaste - Try to put a dab of toothpaste on the pimple and let it sit. The toothpaste is drying and will dry out the pimple. If you don’t have really sensitive skin, you can leave the toothpaste on overnight (only a small dab of toothpaste, though!), but if your skin is sensitive, leave the toothpaste on for about an hour and then wash off.
Reduce stress - Really! Experts say that acne is often caused by stress, and if you already have acne, it will be hard to get rid of it if you don’t learn to relax. Do you notice that you have more acne problems when youa’re stressed? That’s because acne is caused by hormonal imbalances and stress plays with your hormones. Do some yoga, take a walk, or see a funny movie. Whatever will help you to de-stress, do it.
Baking soda – Make a paste out of baking soda and water. It should be very thick. A little dab will do ya. Just put it on the pimple and go to bed. Often the pimple will be dried up by morning.
Having acne and pimples can be stressful, but there’s a lot you can do to prevent pimples or get rid of the ones you do have.
Do you know what I think the worst pimple of them all is? Well that’s easy, it’s the one that just won’t go away. Sure, many of them tend to run on certain cycles, but others are just downright stubborn. What do you do about those pimples? Well, as you know, there are a number of methods and treatments available to aid you in this battle. You definitely don’t want to do anything that will lead to even more breakout. Yes, I did say more breakout. Some products are simply not right for your skin, and can create more acne through harsh irritation.
One thing to be very concerned about his blackheads. I think you’re familiar with blackheads at this point. These are those horrible little blocked pores. So many of us have them on our noses where it typically remains oily. Now, the question remains, how to remove blackheads? Well, listen up, we need to get this right.
If you’re one of the thousands trying to figure out a way how to remove blackheads, let’s take a step back for a moment. Don’t go rushing and an inadvertently causing damage to your skin. Trust me when I say that I understand completely that blackheads are horrid things that need to be dealt with immediately.
These nasty looking things always hide deep in our pores, making it horribly painful to get them out. A lot of people go with the pinch and squeeze technique. While this probably does temporarily rid you of some blackheads, it is by no means a permanent fix. The real problem with the this technique is the damage or cause by the pressure you apply when you’re pinching.
All that squeezing and pinching can lead to broken blood vessels around the nose, which believe me, are not all that pretty to look at either. See what I mean about making sure you don’t rush into anything foolish? Probably the most popular and contemporary route concerning how to remove blackheads is the ever-popular Biore strip. They are relatively new and seem to make sense in their function. People are buying these things up. My wife was using them like a mad women.
Although the adhesive strips do pull out up to 50 percent of the current blackheads, they also come with a warning. The warning has everything to do with their harshness. I think you know what I mean if you have ever used one. These powerful strips can irritate your delicate skin, hence producing more irritation. And that only brings more blackheads ladies and gentlemen.
